Offered as part of the upcoming Spiritual Discernment Series, this class may be taken on its own or as part of the full series, presented in collaboration with local astrologer Saturn’s Comet.

Feeling overwhelmed by the flood of information about spirituality and witchcraft? Unsure where to begin or how to create a practice that feels genuine and safe? This class offers tools, context, and guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Together, we’ll explore how technology and social media have shaped modern spirituality, what defines a closed practice, and how to research spiritual and magical traditions responsibly. You’ll also examine your own spiritual values and boundaries to understand what truly aligns with you.

We’ll discuss how to identify red flags in teachings or communities, the difference between healthy spiritual growth and overwhelm, and simple techniques for grounding and emotional regulation. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a clearer sense of how to build a meaningful, informed, and balanced spiritual path that supports your wellbeing.

Emotional and Safety Considerations:
This class includes discussion of spiritual safety and mental wellness. Some topics may bring up emotional responses. Grounding exercises and a printed safety plan with clinical support resources will be provided.
